RETURNS & TRIAL

A Ciara wig is a significant piece - both in price and in meaning. Before you place an order, we ask that you book a complimentary consultation so we can recommend the right look, length, and fit for you. Most concerns are resolved before the wig is ever made.

Once your piece arrives, you have a 7-day trial period to ensure it is right for you.


THE 7-DAY TRIAL

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the wig is in its original, untouched condition.

A wig may only be returned if all of the following are true:
• The lace has not been cut, trimmed, or altered in any way
• The hairline has not been customized, plucked, or modified
• The wig has not been styled, cut, washed, dyed, or worn beyond brief, careful try-on
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

If even one of these conditions is not met, the wig cannot be returned. The moment the lace is cut or the hairline is reshaped, the piece is considered customized to you and is final sale.


HOW TO RETURN

To begin a return, please email us within your 7-day window so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend a fully insured, trackable shipping service. Ciara is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once your wig arrives at our atelier and is inspected, an approved return will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE

The following are always final sale:
• Custom-length pieces (27" and above, by quote)
• Wigs that have been cut, styled, dyed, or had the hairline customized
• Wigs returned outside the 7-day window
• Wigs returned without prior email confirmation


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


6-MONTH ALTERATIONS & FIXES

For the first six months from delivery, Ciara will take care of any alterations or adjustments your wig needs at no charge. This includes hairline fixes, minor repairs, and similar adjustments to ensure your piece continues to fit and wear correctly.

All alterations and fixes are performed in person at our showroom by appointment only. We are not able to offer this service by mail or remotely.

This is meant for fix-up work, not full restyles or routine cuts. For larger style changes or maintenance after the six-month period, please contact us and we will be glad to quote the work.
